I realize that my blog post title is a little ridiculous and trivial, but it’s definitely on topic for me right now! I just ate a dish loaded with parsley, and I just couldn’t eat the green stuff. Don’t get me wrong, I love all types of veggies, except parsley (apparently). I rejected it about as much as a reject martinis. BIG TIME! Let’s hope that my love for parsley will grow in the coming years.
Whoa. I digress.
See the parsley? I left all of the little bits on the plate. I never leave food, so that’s saying something! I used the Chickpea Hummus Burger and Cold Vegetable Summer Salad that I prepared on Sunday. This was basically a Daily Garnish meal. All parts, including dessert (Three Grain Chewy Energy Bar) are a la Daily Garnish.
The chewy bar makes for a perfect dessert washed down with almond milk. I mean, I had to get the parsley taste out of my mouth somehow!

Today I did some yoga and Bess Be Fit’s New Treadmill Interval Workout. I definitely recommend it. It pushes you the way you need to be pushed in regards to interval training.
Tonight I’m watching Bachelor round two with the roomies and getting to bed for a very early workout. I will leave you with some inspiration this Tuesday evening…
