Today I woke up with flu-like aches. Yikes! I got my flu shot yesterday, so I figured it was just a small reaction. Thankfully, after a little soup and a walk in the fresh air I felt much better. I even did a 30-minute interval run outside!

I mixed up my breakfast this morning. I was definitely overdoing the Egg White Banana Breakfast Bake and Cinnamon Oats combo. Sadly, I forgot to take a picture of my new concoction. I will do my best to remember tomorrow morning! I had whole grain cereal, almond milk, raspberries, almonds, cocoa powder and cinnamon. It was freakin’ delicious. I get bored of meals easily, so I was definitely due for a new breakfast innovation.

The Crock Pot Lentil Sweet Potato Soup via Eat, Live, Run turned out amazing. I kept going back for mini bowls throughout the day. :) So many fresh veggies and lentils!

Yum! I psyched for the leftovers. Hopefully I don’t devour it too soon. It took a lot of veggie chopping!

I did my Intense HIIT run outside. It was just cold enough that I didn’t get too warm while sprinting. Perfect weather! I also went on a walk with my momma. Here I am sporting my Lululemon Side Angle Pants and new Target workout zip up. Bright colors rock.

Dinner was my favorite: Chocolate Paleo Waffles and turkey bacon.

No filter and it still looks pretty (well, maybe not the turkey bacon).

Tonight has been filled with peppermint tea, applications and internship work. I’m so sick of sitting on my butt! I just might have to do a quick Yogatic bedtime yoga session.
